When can I move in?



Once a storage unit is available for you, we are happy to sign a lease agreement and get you in as soon as possible.


Do I need to sign a long-term lease?



Nope! We offer leases on a month-to-month basis.

How much notice do I have to give to move out?



We require two weeks notice before you move out to avoid being charged for the following month.

Are there any other charges?



A $20 security deposit is required upon signing a lease. This deposit is returned to you once you move out - as long as your unit is clean and there is no damage requiring our attention.


How do I make a payment?



The majority of our customers sign up for recurring payment through their credit cards. This requires a recurring payment form to be signed. 

Otherwise, you can log in to make a payment through your account on our website. We also accept cash, cheque, e transfer or credit/debit in person if you wish to make an appointment with us to meet at the office. 


Can I bring my own lock?



Yes, you may bring your own lock. We do offer locks to be purchased at our facility for $15.00


Do you have office hours?



No, we currently do not have office hours, we are available to meet you by appointment and live very close to the facility. 

We are often times next door at the car wash so feel free to always reach out if you need us!
